The Fiddler's Suite
Awake to the gently lapping tide, and watch our resident heron nibbling the marsh grass. Spend the day out and about, then return to your waterside haven with your favorite libation and watch one of our Boothbay Harbor sunsets. Situated directly on the water, this large suite is everybody's favorite, It is equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, queen bed, full size futon sofa, sitting and eating area and private harbor front deck. A great family suite.

The Lighthouse Suite
Feel the ambience of 19th century Maine in this cozy second floor waterfront hideaway with one of the best views in the village - it's like coming home to your own lighthouse! Separate bedroom with queen bed, private bath, kitchenette, eating and living area with large window overlooking the harbor makes the sun, moon, and stars part of the decor. TV, VCR and AC add 21st century comfort!

A very private waterfront deck provides the perfect spot to view the harbor's sunsets and sunny days.

The Ancient Mariner
Nestled between the roses and the water's edge, this intimate romantic hideaway has its own private waterfront deck. The view matches that of the Fiddler's Suite. Add the queen bed, microwave, refrigerator, TV and air-conditioning and you may never want to leave.

The Footbridge Room
On the First Floor near the Dining Room and with direct access to the Main Inn Deck. This is the newest room in the house - June 2006! The view is of the Footbridge and Inner Harbor with a queen bed, TV and air-conditioning.
