The Inn is a non-smoking property.

We welcome young guests 12 years of age and over. Because of our waterfront location, please call and talk to the innkeeper if you have children under the age of 6 years.

We cannot accommodate pets at this time. Max,our brindle boxer, is our canine resident, and he rules of all he sees. But as much as he would love to wander the house, he only has the owner's quarters and a fenced in yard area to call his own.

We have adequate parking for one car per room.

Check-in runs from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. If you will not be able to make this check-in time, please give us a call. We plan our day around our new arrivals and appreciate knowing of any changes. We are fairly flexible, so please let us know your plans in advance.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. We do have self service coffee and fruit juices available from 7:00 a.m. on. If you wish to make other plans for breakfast, please tell us at check-in.

Reservations are guaranteed by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) at the time of the initial booking. If you wish to pay by check for an advance booking, we will hold the room for ten days pending receipt of your check for payment in full at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. On arrival, guests are responsible for the full reservation as booked. There is no refund for departing early.

Important Cancellation Policy

Guests will be held responsible for any loss of, or damage to, inn property incurred by them during their stay.

Please read your confirmation correspondence CAREFULLY. If there are errors, let us know immeditely. If we do not hear from you within 1 week of receipt of confirmation, you are responsible for the reservation as written.
