The Inn is over 50% converted to condominiums. Units B, D and F are privately owned with Unit E now on the market. Unit C is scheduled to be completed during the winter season 2008-2009 with the final Unit A being completed shortly after.
Unit D is available for rent on a weekly basis. It is made up of what was the Old Downeast Suite and later the Inn kitchen and dining room with 16 feet of private canopied deck overlooking the footbridge.
