From points South, take I-95 North to I-295 N at Portland. Take exit #31 and get on US 196E follow signs to Rt 1N Bath.
Stay on Route 1N through Bath, Woolwich and Wiscasset.
After Wiscasset, turn right onto Route 27 South toward Boothbay Harbor.
Travel about 12 miles (15 minutes), passing through Edgecomb and Boothbay. Go through stoplight at Hannaford's grocery store and bear right up the hill onto Oak Street (one-way).
Take the FIRST left onto Union Street.
Continue on Union Street through stop sign and turn right onto Atlantic Avenue.
We are 4th house on the right, on the water.
